So I've spent the lead up to now in shock that I am Christmas crafting with my children. My word has this year gone fast! Now we are loving all the festive fun I don't want it to end! We've enjoyed having a Santa focus, Snowman focus and a Christmas Tree focus but today I am sharing with you - Reindeer!
Snacks and Treats are a new topic on Learning and Exploring Through Play but I just love themed edibles! Such fun! Did you see the Snowman Pretzel Rods we shared not too long ago? They are great for the Winter months!

You will need:
A box of Brownie Mix (any brand)
2 Eggs
Vegetable Oil
3 TBSP Water
Chocolate Frosting (any brand)
Large
Candy Eyes
Mini Pretzel Twists
Red M&Ms/Skittles
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a 9x13 baking dish with foil and spray with non stick cooking spray.
Combine the brownie mix and ingredients, mixing well. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking dish.
Bake for 18-22 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool completely. Use the biscuit/cookie cutter to cut each round brownie. The set we used on Amazon is here - UK/US.
We used the 2.5 inch cutter from the set. Generously frost the brownie cut outs.
Give each brownie 2 antlers using the pretzels. Oh, oh, oh - You can see the cuteness coming together already!
Next, give each Reindeer 2 eyes and a red candy nose. Repeat with all the reindeer brownies, until you have a lovely batch of tasty treats to enjoy during your festive gatherings.
What I really love about these Brownies is children can be involved in pretty much all steps. They will love helping you create the Reindeers!
