We have been exploring different sensory bags lately and I decided to put together a Frozen themed/inspired sensory bag for Little N.
I used blue hair gel to fill the bag. Hair gel is my personal favorite sensory bag filler. It is so therapeutic squishing and squashing the bag, watching the items glide through the cold gel. The smell lingers too so adds to the sensory experience even more.
Inside the gel I added
- Curling Ribbon - cut into small squares
- Silver Glitter
- Blue Pony Beads
- Confetti Snowflakes
As young as she is Little N joins the rest of the world and is a huge Frozen Fan. This has been her favourite sensory bag to date. She was drawn to the pong beads and kept pushing them around with her finger.
She held the bag up into the air. Slowly the snowflakes began moving down to the bottom of the bag.
Little N also explored them on the window. They always look very effective up against the light of outside.
The Frozen Sensory Bag looked great on our home made light table too!
